Overview
An Associate Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of a company or department. They are in charge of supervising staff, implementing policies and procedures, monitoring budgets, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting goals. They also develop strategies to increase productivity and profitability while providing guidance to management teams.
