The Call Center Manager oversees the call center, and creates a welcoming and motivating environment for the employees. Their role is to lead their employees to ensure maximum productivity and quality of service on all calls recieved. Their responsibilities are to plan and implement a strategy to resolve issues, identify the bottlenecks that are happening in the services and improve them by coming up with solutions, train the new call center employees, build professional relationships with employees, and make sure employees are reaching their targeted service goals.
