Claims Manager Job Description
Overview
The Claims Manager designs and implements various policies and procedures for processing claims. Their role is to deliver services that meet all business requirements, and ensure optimal handling of all claims. Their responsibilities are to evaluate new claims and administer data, evaluate all business units associate claims, provide training to officers to manage any outstanding claims, design an efficient duty program, perform regular quarterly audits, monitor the effectiveness of all programs, provide support to all open claim file reviews, and manage all payment cycles to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
