Health Manager Job Description
Overview
The Health Manager plans, coordinates, directs and supervises the delivery of health care in a whole facility or a single department. Their role is to oversee and manage the processes of clinical teams, and plan and organize operations. Their responsibilities are to address any business and operational challenges, resolve any issue and provide guidance, recruit, train and supervise all staff members, manage the finances of the facility, create a work schedule, prepare and manage budgets, represent the facility services, and communicate with members.
