Police Officer Job Description
Overview
A Police Officer is a warranted law employee of a police force. Their role is to apprehend suspects and prevent, detect, and report on crime. Their responsibilites are the protection and assistance to the general public, the maintenance of public order, and training for special duties, such as counter-terrorism, surveillance, child protection, VIP protection, civil law enforcement, and investigation techniques into major crime including fraud, rape, murder, and drug trafficking.
