Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description
Overview
A quality assurance engineer identifies mistakes and defects in products. A quality assurance engineer plans and implements strategies for quality management and testing, develops and executes manual and automated tests to ensure product quality. Quality assurance engineers' responsibilities include creating detailed comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases, reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to match the product quality, prepare and execute the test cases, and track quality assurance metrics.
