Regional Scout Job Description
Overview
The Regional Scout works with sports teams to identify and acquire potential new talent in a selected geographic region. Their role is to furnish reports and suggestions on potential players to the coach, manager or owner of the team. Their responsibilities are to analyze performance statistics of prospective athletes, communicate incentives to prospective players, and schedule meetings to commuincate their findings.
