Overview
A Business Unit Manager reviews and monitors project activities to ensure their completion within the scheduled time and budget. Their role is to manage business activities focusing on the financial and strategic growth of an organization. Their responsibilities are to create new marketing strategies, build a strong relationship with customers to maintain revenue growth, manage startup costs and finances, perform a review and validation of system layouts and equipment, create a harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff, motivate all team members to perform efficiently, explore and analyze market trends, and identify new opportunities.
