Content Manager Job Description
Overview
A Content Manager is responsible for managing the development, implementation and maintenance of content on websites. They work with web designers, developers and other marketing professionals to ensure that website content meets user needs while also helping to drive traffic and improve customer engagement. Responsibilities may include creating, editing, publishing and maintaining content; developing a strategy for creating meaningful online experiences; researching industry trends; optimizing existing content; tracking performance metrics; coordinating with external vendors or agencies; staying up-to-date on new technologies and best practices in web design.
