Engineering Manager Job Description
Overview
Engineering managers strategize and oversee engineering projects, and supervise teams in the research and development of products and services. An engineering manager supervises a team of engineers, as well as liaises with other stakeholders that may include production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance. They are also responsible for estimating the cost, drafting proposals, solving internal team issues, reviewing and approving product design and approving expenditures.
