The Media Relations Assistant helps in all aspects of media relations. Their role is to create content and assist in managing social media accounts, develop and implement strategies, and provide on site media support. Their responsibilities are to update record books, create and maintain documents and reports, negotiate with media channels to close competitive deals, attend corporate and public events, address questions and complaints, and maintain a strong network among media and opinion leaders.
