Programming Manager Job Description
Overview
The Programming Manager works with the project sponsor, cross-functional teams and assigned project managers to prepare and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and timing for new initiatives. Their role is to oversee multiple projects that will allow attainnment of the programs goals, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. Their responsibilities are to work with other program managers to recognize risks and opportunities across various projects within the department, analyze, evaluate and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.
