A human resources representative duties require a wide range of support activities inside HR administration, from coordinating meetings to managing employee database and posting job ads. Their responsibilities are to assist with everyday HR functions and services, give clerical and administrative support to human resource executives, compile and update employee records, process documentation and prepare reports related to personal activities, coordinate human resource projects, and take meetings, training, survey, and conduct an initial orientation to newly hired employees.
