Overview
An Administrative Director organizes the daily operational duties of a company. Their role is streamlining administration systems, monitoring budgets, advising managers, improving business efficiency, requesting audits, and analyzing financial data. Their responsibilities are developing organizational strategies, distributing funds to managers, managing administrative budgets, hiring and training administrative staff, negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors, maintaining corporate relationships, controlling operating expenses, liaising with HR and other authorities, and updating administrators on business performance.
