The Director of Human Resources develops and implements human resources policies. Their role is to support the strategic objectives of the organization, hire staff and negotiate employment agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations. Their responsibilities are overseeing HR systems, handling employee relations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, designing training programs, developing compensation plans, motivating and supporting current staff, maintaining staff records, handling employee benefits, identifying staffing needs, creating job descriptions, and designing and directing training programs.
